InterContinental HK to Offer New Afternoon Tea

InterContinental Hong Kong has partnered with prestigious Champagne house Perrier-Jouët to present the “Belle Epoque” Parisian Afternoon Tea in the hotel’s Lobby Lounge, known for its spectacular panoramic harbour views.

An ideal option to treat an important business partner, the “Belle Epoque” Parisian Afternoon Tea will be available from August 15 to October 31. The elegant tea set includes an array of savoury items, such as Scotland smoked salmon with coriander-coconut pesto; and aged Serrano ham with Lorenzini melon, as well as a selection of Parisian style pastries, like mixed berry pie and rose petal cheese cake. The culinary experience will be paired with Perrier-Jouët’s prestige cuvee, Belle Epoque 2007, along with Mariage Frère Teas from France.

The new afternoon tea is priced at HK$1,628 (US$210) for two guests including a glass of Belle Epoque 2007 per person, or HK$2,788 (US$360) for two including a bottle of Belle Epoque 2007. https://hongkong-ic.intercontinental.com
