Michelin-starred Restaurant Akrame has launched a new five-course Sunday brunch menu, which offers a tempting range of French delicacies prepared with high quality seasonal ingredients. The brunch experience begins with an egg and corn dish (the egg is soft-boiled at 63 degrees and topped with popcorn and red shiso), followed by a refreshing salad of beetroot, watermelon and comté. For mains, you can savour a tender guinea fowl with pistachio, French beans and potatoes, or add HK$200 (US$26) for a special lobster course. An indulgent dessert is served after a palate-cleansing dish of pineapple and dill-flavoured yoghurt.
