DiVino Group Introduces a Black Winter Truffle Menu

Following the launch of a white Alba truffle menu at their tables in October, DiVino Group’s Spasso, DiVino Patio, and DiVino restaurants in the heart of Hong Kong have presented a black truffle menu.

The new offering, available until March 31, allows business travellers the chance to impress their corporate partners with flavourful Italian plates made with the aromatic ingredient.

The menu is designed to showcase the unique flavour of these earthy ‘black diamonds’. Featuring black winter truffles from Norcia in Umbria, an area famed for its prize-winning tartufo nero, dishes on the menu include seared Ahi tuna with light carrot cream, winter black truffle, and roasted baby carrots; focaccina with stracchino cheese, winter truffle, and baby mâché; and crown of diver scallop with Norcia truffle, baby cress, Cervia sea salt and Amalfi lemon zest.

The DiVino Group operates four eateries: Wine Bar and Restaurant, located at the heart of Central; DiVino Patio Ristorante Bar Pizzeria in Wan Chai’s business hub; and Spasso Italian Bar-Restaurant-Terrace and Carpaccio Pasta Pizza Vino, both nestled in Tsim Sha Tsui, making for ideal dining places for corporate activities.
