Courtyard by Marriott Opens its First Hotel in Hunan

Marriott, in collaboration with Xinhe Real Estate of CSCEC, has opened the 260-room Courtyard by Marriott Changsha South in Changsha in China’s Hunan province, marking the first Courtyard branded property in Hunan, while offering a range of modern accommodation options with innovative technology.

Courtyard by Marriott Changsha South occupies a prime location at the core of Changsha, comprising part of Zhongjian Plaza, a modern commercial and entertainment complex with high-end office buildings, U+block and banks. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Taskin City Plaza, six-kilometres from the high-speed railway station, and 22-kilometers from Changsha Huanghua International Airport.
