The chic French dining destination, Cocotte, introduces its newest Discovery Menu and a unique seasonal lunch menu, put together by chef Petrous Moldovan this September, bringing delicious seasonal delights to business partners.

Located on the Shin Hing steps, Central, Cocotte believes in using the freshest available ingredients to create simple, modern and light French dishes.

Combining the best of seasonal produce on a menu that changes every month, chef Petrous created a decadent Discovery Menu, which is available only for dinner and will serve a salmon trio tasting, served smoked, as tartare, and as rilletes; a beef bavette with crushed fingerling potatoes, green beans and bordelaise sauce; as well as a light and sweet Fresh Berries Sabayon.

The Set Lunch Menu offers a two-course or three-course option, with delicious appetisers, including green peas and basil velouté with a light Penja pepper whipped cream; a simple charcuterie plate; and a French favourite, persillade d’escargots de Bourgogne served with seasonal wild mushrooms and garlic herbed butter. Main dishes include the filet de boeuf; béarnaise, a beef tenderloin served with fries and salad; and seared salmon trout with sweet potatoes. Classic desserts include flan parisien, Valrhona chocolate mousse, and a sweet poached pear salad.

For those with bigger appetites, other options include the Cocotte burger featuring a unique mixture of wagyu beef, Iberico chorizo, rocamadour cheese, sweet red onion chutney, smoked chipotle sauce, homemade fries and a salad.
