Chef Vincent Maillard to Visit InterCon HK

Looking to impress important clients next time you visit Hong Kong? This November 24 and 25, InterContinental Hong Kong’s newest restaurant, Rech by Alain Ducasse, welcomes celebrated chef Vincent Maillard, Executive chef at the famous Byblos Hotel in Saint-Tropez, for an unforgettable culinary occasion that’s ideal for high-level corporate entertaining.

Chef Maillard will present a special six-course set menu showcasing Alain Ducasse’s acclaimed Mediterranean-inspired dishes, using the freshest seasonal produce and seafood from the region.

Highlights of the set menu will include sea bream with aubergine and Barigoule-style spiny artichokes with warm tonnato focaccia; chestnut soup with ricotta gnocchi; and herb-printed pasta with lobster-girolles.

Guests attending the dinner with Guest Chef Vincent Maillard on Friday, November 24 and Saturday, November 25 will also enjoy a pre-dinner Welcome Reception at 7pm at the Rech Bar featuring Alain Ducasse Champagne.

A five-course seasonal Mediterranean menu inspired by Maillard’s visit will also be available at Rech by Alain Ducasse from November 26 through December 23.
