A New Craft-Beer Rooftop Bar Opens in Bangkok

Brewski, Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok’s new rooftop craft beer bar on the 30th floor of the property, has opened to offer business travellers an ideal spot for drinks, relaxation, and views of the city after a long day at work.

Located atop the heart of Sukhumvit, one of Bangkok’s most exclusive districts, Brewski is the highest craft beer rooftop bar in Bangkok. The bar’s contemporary outdoor furnishings, coupled with custom-designed interiors, include an Italian copper-coated beer tower.

The sophisticated hotspot offers 100 bottled beers and ciders, including pilsners, wheat ales, brown ales, and IPAs from around the world, and has a state-of-the-art cooling system that delivers 12 international craft beers from the tap.

Executive chef Thomas Smith presents a menu of gourmet bar bites, including the signature Brewski Burger made from a wagyu beef patty, served with beer-battered fries; and Brewski Hot Dog, a homemade Thai sausage flavoured with hot basil, chili, and garlic spices. A selection of delicious Thai street food favourites includes gai yang, grilled chicken in spicy chilli sauce; and sai krok e-sarn, pork sausage balls with fresh chilli, ginger and peanuts.
