Asia Pacific’s First Curio Collection by Hilton Debuts in Sanya

Hilton has opened the Sanya Yazhou Bay Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, the first Curio Collection property in Greater China, providing business travellers with vast meeting and function spaces backdropped by the island’s coastal views.

Located on the west coast of Hainan Island’s southernmost city, the new resort is only a 25-minute drive from the Sanya Phonenix International Airport and is 35 kilometres from the city centre, offering full support for meetings and events.

Sanya Yazhou Bay Resort’s 267 rooms and suites include large soaking tubs and boast panoramic views of the sea, pool or tropical gardens. A total of 2,000sqm of meeting and outdoor banquet spaces can be configured for events of any size, and includes a main 1,200sqm meeting area and nine meeting rooms equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology.

Other amenities at the resort include a 2,000sqm swimming pool with beach access, while food and beverage concepts include Harvest, an all-day dining restaurant featuring an open kitchen; Suya, a Chinese restaurant with a wide selection of fresh seafood and ingredients; Cha Lobby Lounge, where guests can take in stunning views while enjoying signature coconut tea or premium wines; and Stargazers Rooftop Bar, which serves classic and creative handcrafted cocktails.
